What are the benefits of GLUCOSAMINE CHONDROITIN?​

  • Glucosamine chondroitin slows the breakdown of cartilage in the joints, which may reduce pain and swelling.
  • A 2016 multinational study called the MOVES trial found the combination of glucosamine and chondroitin as effective at relieving knee osteoarthritis (OA) pain and swelling as celecoxib, without the side effects.​
  • Some studies show improved joint flexibility and range of motion with glucosamine sulfate.​
  • In 2019 OA treatment guidelines, the Arthritis Foundation and American College of Rheumatology gave a recommendation of chondroitin sulfate for hand OA.​
